This yellow rhododendron grows in my garden. I have painted it several times. Each time, the flower seems to take on different colors and shadows. Sometimes the buds are pink and sometimes red.
About Sharon Freeman
Sharon was a member of the Northwest Watercolor Society and a juried member of the Southwest Washington Watercolor Society. Her watercolors have won awards in National and local competitions. Sharon�s paintings hang in public buildings in Washington State as well as hotels in Alaska. An article featuring Sharon�s watercolor techniques was published in the Artists� Magazine, October 2000 issue.
